Ready to apply?
Get started by downloading the application document.
A few tips:
- Applications must be submitted as a single .pdf file. While we don’t enforce word or character counts, we DO limit submissions to seven pages, not including letters of support and supporting documents. 
- Use 10 pt font, with 1.15 line spacing. Place headings and/or questions before each answer. 
- The administrative information and application narrative should be submitted as one document; attach supporting documents separately. 
- Submit your application by emailing it to Kyle Wagenschutz, kyle@citythread.org. 
- The subject of your email should include the name of your city and AMP Grant (ex: Funville AMP Grant). 
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and awards are made quarterly.
