City Thread is seeking a skilled CRM consultant to support the setup, design, and integration of Zoho CRM Plus, its CRM platform. The overarching goal is to enhance donor engagement, streamline fundraising, marketing, and fee-for-service processes and revenue, and improve data-driven decision-making.
This will be the first time City Thread has used a formalized CRM system for fundraising. Help us create a new system to manage people, relationships, and funding that supports communities working for everyone.
